PRN/Temporary Staffing
StaffLink provides qualified professionals for our clients who need a health care professional to fill a temporary assignment. These services can be requested PRN, for just one shift or for as long as needed. We strive to meet both the expected and unexpected needs of our clients.

Temp-To-Perm Staffing
StaffLink’s Temp-to-Perm Staffing Option is the ideal opportunity for our clients to “try before they buy.” A temporary employee may be hired as a permanent employee after the client has had the chance to evaluate the temporary employee.

Direct Hire
Clients who take advantage of our Direct Hire Option receive an unparalleled guarantee on the employee they hire. StaffLink relieves our clients of the time consuming and costly pre-employment and screening details. We handle all the advertising, recruiting and interviewing to ensure that our clients are presented with only the most qualified candidates. Our clients have the benefit of interviewing our candidates without any financial obligation or commitment to us.

Outsourcing/Contract Employees
StaffLink provides our clients with healthcare professionals in those specific situations where an Outsourced Position or a Contract Employee is needed. The employee will remain on StaffLink’s payroll while on permanent assignment. Our clients may specify the level of control they want to exercise over the Outsourced/Contract Staff. StaffLink also offers complete management of the staff within their scope of work.

Travelers
StaffLink offers our clients Travelers for 3, 6, or 9-month contracts to fill predictable needs. Qualified candidates from outside of the immediate market area will provide continuity of staff and allow our clients to tap resources from afar in a competitive recruitment market.

Block Scheduling
Our clients with long-term needs ranging from 3 to 12 months benefit from using our Block Scheduling Option. StaffLink will schedule weekends and holidays in the same manner as the client’s own personnel. Block Scheduling also allows for continuity of staff, yet differs from Travelers by placing employees from our local market.
